When this option is on, the Palette will automatically collapse to icon size when not used. By simply pointing to the Palette icon, it will expand to normal size.
The menu support for the CopyPaste submenus is OFF by default in MS Office. However on some machines people have no problem with CopyPaste menus in Office programs. You can try to enable menus in Office by checking this button.
